HOW TO INCORPORATE MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES IN YOUR DIET
Itβs not always easy, but itβs definitely worth it.
Since Christmas and the New Year are both almost here... I thought Iβd share a few simple ways to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet. π½ These are all great ways to enjoy the usual foods from the holiday season and still stay properly nourished! π
Add them to your smoothies or freshly made juices.
Use dried (or fresh) fruits and raw veggies as a snack.
Use them as sides to your main dish.
Add chopped veggies to your sandwiches, stews/soups, stir fry, pasta dishes, etc.
