HOW TO INCORPORATE MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES IN YOUR DIET

It’s not always easy, but it’s definitely worth it.

Since Christmas and the New Year are both almost here... I thought I’d share a few simple ways to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet. 🍽 These are all great ways to enjoy the usual foods from the holiday season and still stay properly nourished! 😌

  1. Add them to your smoothies or freshly made juices.

  2. Use dried (or fresh) fruits and raw veggies as a snack.

  3. Use them as sides to your main dish.

  4. Add chopped veggies to your sandwiches, stews/soups, stir fry, pasta dishes, etc.
